Floor Meeting, check.
Even residents I did not expect to come were there. I took that as a sign of respect even though I deliberately came in pajamas and told them that I was a resident like them. Probably one of the better floor meetings I’ve had.
Of course one of my more defenseless residents came to me after I made clear that I was there to talk. I wish she had spoken to me sooner…some of these kids...
My boss told me I have to have a floor meeting...
When EVERYTHING is due. Why do my residents choose to cause trouble now?>.<

They do it differently in my school so I have no idea what the national standards are. HEY FOLLOWERS, I APPRECIATE YOU MORE THAN I APPRECIATE RESIDENTS DRINKING QUIETLY IN THEIR ROOMS.
